Matt was very prompt and worked diligently until the job was completed to satisfaction.

Just had fiber optic internet installed and setup by Vincent. He was a pleasure to talk to and ask questions while he was setting it all up. Had a couple bugs to sort out once it was all connected but he got me squared away in no time. Very happy with the new internet speed and the fancy features their system has out of the box.

Had Donny, Gibby, and Bobby out here today. They were nice, quick, and communicative.

Kamrin was WONDERFUL.......I wanted to give him a BIG hug, but inappropriate! I contacted Hunter regarding difficulty with my printer communication with the server. Inasmuch as I just could not afford to pay $75.00 for a Tech, I pleadingly ask them to waive the fee. Surprised by their agreement to do that, I scheduled an appointment. Karmin was brief and competent and resolved my issue extremely efficiently and fast. In the end it was my old printer that was the issue and he fix it anyway!!!!! I was so very appreciative to Hunter and Kamrin for their help. 20 stars for them all!!!!!!!!!!!!

The two gentlemen that came to my house were really good very clean easy installation even made me a custom cable so I can keep my router where the old one was opposed to changing everything to the other side of my room. Thank you too Travis and Carmen for being so thoughtful and professional. Me being in a wheelchair I was very thankful that I didn't have to do the hook up myself unlike Spectrum who also charge me $35 more for the same speed of internet.

Caleb at Hunter Communications was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without hesitation, and made sure I understood the setup from start to finish.

What really stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile. I asked if the install could be done in the middle of our home, which required crawling underneath the house, and he handled it without any pushback. That level of professionalism and work ethic is hard to find.

The whole experience was smooth, respectful, and well done. Caleb absolutely deserves recognition for his work, a raise and a bonus wouldn’t be out of line.

Vincent was fantastic to work with. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire install. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond; he took the time to terminate a TON of Ethernet cables for me, inside and out, which is more than usually expected. He stuck around to make sure everything was up and running as well as answered the many questions I had throughout.
