Travis was amazing! He was very professional and personable. He explained what he was doing and made it so we could just plug in wire if needed in the future, as opposed to the hardware the previous installer did. He deserves more than 5 stars!

I see the amazing reviews of this company and I've had nice people on the phone. However when I've attempted to connect to my new apartment for the past two weeks, I've just been thrown around to someone else and I never got hooked up or told what was going on fully. I've been told someone else will call me and they never have.

I had to hang up today after I called because there was still no information for me on my location, I was just disappointed. This has been an infuriating experience.

I still want service from here but the communication with new hookups is beyond lacking. The last person I talked to offered to keep my number with their team, which I already have done, so instead of continuing through that loop of no call backs, I just hung up.

I was contacted within an exceptional timeframe after I posted this review. I have been explained what the issue is and when it is expected that I can receive service. I am keeping it a 4 star for now and am glad that I now know what is going on. I appreciate the response.

I was kind of shocked that this process has been more difficult than expected. This company has amazing reviews and I've wanted their services and I am willing to wait for them. I just did not want to be in an unknown state of when it would come. I do not want to live off a mobile hotspot forever.

We had Travis out today to to reconnect our fiber cable. Travis was professional, polite, and efficient. He certainly knows how to get the job done. It was truly a pleasure talking with him and he showed me how his spliced worked; pretty cool stuff. Thankyou for your help Travis. It was a pleasure to meet you.

I believe first impressions can make or break a business. My first contract with Hunter Communications was on the phone with Brandon. His Customer Service Skills are outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. On installation day Kamrin arrived early, told us he plan, suited up and went to work. Helped us with our online account, made sure everything was switched to Hunter and running perfect. Again excellent Customer Service.

The crew that came out to install the chase line for the fiber cable was amazing. The efficiently dug the trench, and backfilled it in such a way that you couldn't tell that they were even tell that they were there. The installer, Kamrin, was INCREDIBLE!!!.I'm impressed with the kindness and respect for my space.

The repair guy that came and did my installation. His name was Bobby very good customer service very fast and very reliable as I could see.

Gibby and Donny earned their pay yesterday! They installed fiber optics in my home and they were dedicated to what they were doing. It took a long time and much trouble shooting, but they remained unflappable, courteous and with a sense of humor, throughout.

Great install! Bobby and Tommy were awesome, educational, and they helped make my setup go exactly where I wanted with no issues. Couldn't ask for a smoother operation.

Donavan came to install our internet but realized we were missing from the street to the house. Although it was not his fault, he apologized profusely. He has it himself professionally he continued with the install inside the house so that would be farther along the next time Hunter communication showed up. He was friendly and informative throughout the entire process
