Just got Hunter Internet, Bobby my installer made the experience easy, he was very knowledgeable and friendly and got all my equipment and devices set up in a very short time. I'm very happy and will recommend Hunter to my friends.

Gilbert did a great job installing Hunter internet. He was friendly, efficient and explained what I needed to know.

Danny was awesome! I had been having intermittent internet dropouts. The tech support on the phone could see the ONT had some power issues. Would suddenly lose power and reboot randomly. They got me setup with a same day appointment.After I got off the phone I took a look at the ONT power supply. It was warm and smelled like burnt electronics and plastic. I found another 12v power supply and got the ONT up and it was stable at that point. A few hours later, Danny shows up. I gave hime the rundown, and he suggests we install a new ONT and power supply. Ok, sounds good to me. I thought that would be it. He would just move on to next job. Nope! He wanted to thoroughly check all of the splices. I have a strange situation where my house splice box is in the attic (not sure why) instead of outside. I told Danny this. He said no problem! He Went in the attic and replace the mechanical splice in favor of a fusion splice. He wasn't done yet! Then, he got his 28ft ladder out and threw it up on the pole outside! He then replaced the mechanical splice in the splice enclosure with a fusion splice. Following that, he went back to the ONT and checked the light on the fiber to ensure it was within spec. Overall, I am highly (10/10) satisfied with his work. He went above and beyond. He could have just swapped the ONT and moved on to the next. Instead, he took great pride in his work and checked on everything he could to ensure my family and i were happy with our ISP experience. Overall, all of the support staff I encountered were excellent, but Danny went above and beyond, and made our experience, above and beyond excellent (whatever that is lol). Kudos to you all. This just reinforces our decision to move from Spectrum to Hunter was a good one. I am confident we would not have had nearly as great of an experience with Spectrum.Thank you Hunter!

Donavan was prompt and professional. He did a great job setting up my new fiber system. Hunter is already leagues better than my previous provider Spectrum.

Great service with Hunter Fiber and all the technicians Ive worked with, including Travis. After my culdesac had fiber installed, he connected the fiber to my house in the crawlspace and had it up and running within an hour!

Travis left me with an Awesome experience with setup. Was done quicker then he said and had no issues at all!

Wasn't sure what to expect, beside the usual installation, but Ben was very helpful and answered all my questions. He showed up early and went right to work. He is a very friendly guy who loves his job and takes pride in doing it right, a real rarity in the tech world. The wifi and internet speed is awesome.

I asked Travis to make sure the thing on the wall was level and he did. He was very nice and accomodating.

Vincent and Ben were very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm very glad I was still able to get my Internet set up before now old Internet ran out.
