Had a fantastic experience with Tommy and Donny coming over to my house to help me out. They were both very knowledgeable about the issue with my internet. They humored me by detailing what it was they were doing and what their plan to fix the problem was. They swiftly got to work and made it happen! They spent extra time to double check there were no problems with my fiber line, and that all my devices were connected. They made a frustrating internet problem into a nice visit! Thanks again!

My technician, Bobby, was first rate! Explained process for installation and answered my questions. He was very professional and great to talk to.

Kamrin did an amazing job setting up our router and making sure we had strong wifi throughout our home. He took the time to thoroughly explain how to maximize WiFi speeds with the proper equipment. Hunter overall has been very responsive with any issues I’ve had during setup.

Daniel Castro was amazing! He was patient with my 2.5 year old who was talking his ear off. He had to listen to baby shark the entire time he was here. He didn’t seem irritated or annoyed. He explained everything and was very helpful. He even nicely mounted my equipment on the wall behind the couch so my daughter couldn’t get to it! He cleaned up after himself was polite and helpful! 10/10

After many phone calls of not getting much of anywhere sooner than later, Kamrin showed up and diagnosed everything from beginning to end. Himself and the Hunter Communications team seemed to our internet up and going much better as far as our streaming TV stations which had more buffering than I can stand. After 3 days since Kamrin worked on our internet, we hadn't had one issue with our TVs or it's connection. Kamrin was knowledgeable and explained himself in details I could understand. So thank you Kamrin and the rest of the team for your help. 🙏🤞

Got Hunter installed this morning and we’re so excited. Jesus A was a joy to work with very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to explain the new system to two IT inept middle aged women so that we feel comfortable with this transition.
