WOW! I set up an appointment on line to have hunter installed, they had appointments within just a few days with plenty of time frames so I could work around my schedule. The window I had was between 8am-10am, Caleb and Ben showed up promptly at 8:15 and walked me through the steps of the install and where everything would go. If there needed to be a change to the plan they communicated it well and answered all my questions. They were finished in just under 2 hours and guided me through how to set everything up and made sure I was reconnected to the internet and that it worked. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Very satisfied

Bobby and Jake were awesome. it was late in the day and they had been slammed but they came in with a smile on their face and took the time to make sure everything was up and running perfectly.

Caleb B helped us restore our internet!!! It went down yeaterday and came over the day after the fix it all up, now it works and i can play subnautica 2 that just released btw, and im so excited!!!!! Thank you caleb!!!

Hunter Communications service FINALLY set up & functioning! I was so happy when I saw Hunter micro-trenching in my neighborhood & anxiously awaiting service installation. They had previously trenched & installed conduit from the street and today my installation team (Donny and Bobby) showed up shortly after the installation window started & were done about an hour later. They were very accommodating about putting the equipment where I wanted it, even though it required running the wire half way around the house. They did a great job placing the wire so it barely shows on the outside of the house & their system in general feels cleaner. The “other internet provider” connection socket results in the cable sticking straight out of the wall & when I mentioned being concerned about that visual in the living area where I wanted the equipment, Bobby and Donny assured me no problem, and it isn’t. The wires are barely visible inside or out. They did everything exactly as I wanted & we’re courteous throughout. Switching is also saving me $30 per month, which in this day and age, that matters!

Travis just installed the fiber to my home. He was easy to work with and did a great job with the installation. He made sure all the equipment was working properly and that my home devices would connect to the new system. I couldn't ask more.

Kamrin and Eric were great. The installation was not routine but they were able to make it happen. Very courteous and pleasant.

Kamrin installed the Hunter Fiber Communications fiber cable from the street to the inside of our home and the equipment necessary to receive (very fast, compared to our previous internet service provider-ISP) internet service to our home in Medford Oregon. He was very polite and professional. I, out of curiosity, asked questions about how he spiced into the main cable in the street. Without hesitation he patiently explained the process to me and allowed me to stand nearby and watch the spicing process. He has a thorough knowledge of how fiberoptics work and explained it in a manner I could understand. Kamrin installed the cable along the route I asked for. The visible portions of his installation are neat and professional, unlike my previous ISP which just layed the cable from the box on the side of my home to the back bedroom. Kamrin cleaned up waste material as he moved along the installation route. Before leaving he left a brochure with information about our service, the cost, our account number, billing information, how to troubleshoot internet issues and, very important to me, telephone numbers I could call and an internet address I could connect to if I have any questions. Speaking of contacting Hunter Communications via my telephone: without exception every time I contacted Hunter Communications before and after my service started they answered the phone promptly. They patiently answered all my questions. Unlike my calls to most other customer service centers, I did not have to wait 20 minutes to over an hour while listening to: messages telling me how they are experiencing high call volumes; poor quality recordings of music; and how important my phone call is to them. Unlike many of my calls to other businesses, the people I spoke with at Hunter answered all my questions. Hunter staff did not transfer me to other people who they believe can answer my questions, when they cannot. Hunter answered my questions. And, of course, with Hunter I never experienced the frustration of being disconnected after an hour of navigating phone messages to choose this option or that. Also, Hunter Communication recently installed the main cable in the street and the cable conduit from the street to my home. While taking morning walks every person working in the street was polite and cordial. The same can be said for the people installing the cable conduit from the street to my home. When they finished the conduit and cable in the street and on my property everything was neat and clean. There is no visible sign they were ever here trenching on my property. No construction debris is visible anywhere in our neighborhhood. In short, I have only good to say about everyone at Hunter Communication, including Kamrin who installed the fiber cable and router in our home.
