Although the beginning of the installation was a bit frustrating spanning 5 days and three phone calls, finally today Donovan came out and got the outside installation to work with the inside! He was very kind, informative, and helpful. He made sure everything was working and even gave me helpful advice of how to cancel my other carrier. He saved the day and the Hunter experience!

He showed us how to check our current internet speed and explained everything in a super easy way to understand. We ended up learning we could get faster, more reliable internet for cheaper, which was awesome. He wasn’t pushy at all, just really helpful and informative.
