Both Frank and his colleague were amazing. My husband was working with them. I had just woke up, came out and assisted with the setup. I was so tired and these men were patient, gracious, and professional while walking us through the setup process. They kindly removed all the old stuff such as old wires and cords we seriously didn’t want anymore. No one has EVER helped us with that! They offered to reconfigure all of our existing equipment over, such as our printer, phones, etc. Thank you for caring about who you hire, because it is so important. Happy customer-in-progress reporting on overall excellent service in the initial set up in the Talent area. Phone service has been friendly all around. An initial mix-up of communication led to the installation date needing to be re-set. Disappointed, I reached out and got Gabriel (phone: service/scheduling) who gave me detailed info, listened to my issue, and contacted the on ground construction workers. Within 24 hours I received a return call from Gabriel updating my situation; assuring that they could do a (less common) ground install, and set up my fiber hook up for a few days hence. Correcting an initial glitch was done so professionally, timely, and above-and-beyond that it has only confirmed my confidence to go with Hunter. I hope this local company continued success. Kudos to the entire team.
