Isaiah was great. He quickly diagnosed our internet problem, ran new wiring, and installed a new router, and it's been running great since. He was friendly, efficient, and explained what he was doing.

Caleb installed my new Hunter Communications equipment yesterday, and I can't say enough good things about him, and this company. Caleb arrived on time, actually a few minutes early, with a warm greeting and a smile. He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and didn't get impatient with all my "old lady" questions, or the ancient rose bushes he had to deal with when running the lines to my house. (Poir guy got bitten more than once by those horribly huge thorns). I wasn't left to navigate setting up all my devices, either. What a JOY to not have to deal with "the other guys'" lousy connections, intermittent service, constant outages, and extremely RUDE customer service agents anymore! I'd also like to send a shout out to Paula in the Hunter scheduling and/or customer service office-she went over and beyond answering billing and other questions, always with a sincere follow up the next day. I should've dumped "the other guys" months ago! Plus, my monthly bill is at least $20 less than it was with "the other guys", and I'm getting double the internet speeds! I will highly recommend Hunter Communications and their wonderful staff to anyone and everyone I can!! Oh! Jace in scheduling was also courteous, understanding, and very helpful to me. Thank you all so very much.

We needed our service box and modem moved to a different location in our house. Matt was our service technician and did a great job!
