Vincent was fantastic to work with. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire install. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond; he took the time to terminate a TON of Ethernet cables for me, inside and out, which is more than usually expected. He stuck around to make sure everything was up and running as well as answered the many questions I had throughout. On April 1st Donavan came to home here in Medford to install fiber cable and set up our TV with Youtube TV. He was right on time and arrived at 1:PM. Donavan was very patient and thorough with explaining how the system worked. Very polite and professional.

Kamrin arrived within the time slot set up. He explained about how long it would take to do the install and what equipment he was installing. I choose to go with the Hunter provided router replacing my older router. When Kamrin was finished and we did a speed check I was very happy with the result. Upload and download were near identical. He let me know how to handle the fiber cable and if I was to have an issue to just call Hunter for a service call replacement. We changed my wifi network slightly so new set up for those devices is in process as I need them. So far extremely happy. Most of the homes on our street have switched to Hunter.
