Bobby and Coleman did a fantastic job for us. Our initial connection to the fiber network indicated that there was a problem upstream. Even though it was after 5 PM, they fired up the diagnostics, located the problem, went there, and did what was necessary to get us up and running. Bobby was also very helpful in configuring my home Wi-Fi. They are great folks, as everyone at Hunter has been in my experience. Thank you!

I have been very pleased with the service and expertise of the staff working for Hunter. In particular, I want to compliment Donavan who installed my fiber optic cable and the WiFi connections, etc. He did a great job in finding the best way to get the cable into my home to minimize any impact to my home. I greatly appreciated that. He was also very informative and gave me a clear set of options in every decision making process. He made the entire process very transparent. Excellent communication and technical skills.

Outstanding service; they (Bobby & Alan) called 15 min. Prior to arrival, and were on time as scheduled. Both were very knowledgable on the process and function of the equipment. All equipment was seamlessly transfered to the new service and they verified whole home functioned wirelessly.....😃👍

After a less than great initial install by a subcontractor, Hunter sent out a local technician to help us out. Coleman explained everything he was doing as he installed our new internet service. He even helped me download the app & got everything set up so we would be able to use our new service easily. A big thank to Coleman for showing me how to limit or shut off the wifi to my son's devices & set up parental controls to limit his computer time...I'm sure he'll appreciate that!

Donovan did a great job running the fiber from outside of the garage wall to inside, and installed the fiber modem neatly. We are now getting 2.5Gbps up and down. Thanks!!!

Had an amazing experience with Hunter communication today, Alan, Vincent and Kamrin set up my new service. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was super simple love the fact that I can put in my old Internet name and everything in the house connected without me having to do it one by one you guys already rock in my book.

Bobby was very friendly and efficient. Checked WIFI to be sure I could get on my bank.

Our internet went out on Saturday, 5/16/26, around 2 pm. I called Hunter and Scott was sorry that he couldn’t help us. Our box showed red and he was unable to diagnose anything but set us up with the first available appointment on Tuesday, 5/19/26. Kamrin showed up, was very professional and replaced some equipment. Coleman joined him with the bucket truck. They completed the job before they left for the evening. Thank you very much for providing excellent service.

Great experience with Tommy and Ben. Ben showed up and planned out the new install, and when Tommy arrived they jumped right into the installation and were scheduled for a 3 hour window and knocked it out in less than two hours. Very professional and make sure the hardware in the best location our network area and that our connection was live and ready to use. Thank you Ben and Tommy

Hunter Communication’s Coleman K. fixed our WiFi today in the best possible way! He took time to assess the problem with our router installed in our garage. We were not getting the coverage we needed in the house or or backyard. I was worried we would have to pull wire and get messy but no! He looked through the house for com ports and we found one in the living room cabinet. He installed an WiFi extender and hard wired it to the router in the garage. At least I remember he said that. So the signal is perfect. Great speed in the yard. Thank you Coleman for your good work.

Matt went above and beyond doing the installation for my wifi service, he made sure I had all the information that I needed and was very fast and efficient in installing the new line. I won't be going anywhere else for my Internet needs! 😁
