Donavan was very courteous. He did a great job installing fiber at my house in a quick manner. He made sure my internet speed was as advertised after installation, and answered a few questions that I had without hesitation. I'm very satisfied with my new internet provider!

I shared with the installer all the problems I had with another company. For a couple years they came out and tried fixing it from freezing. The internet box was only 12 steps for my room and it was freezing constantly even with the plug-in extender. As my hunter installer was installing he noticed some staples in the cable they put up. He set it all up perfectly for me and put in my password and username that I had previously so I didn't have to change anything in other devices. And explained to me what I needed to do to get the rest of my order done. He was very patient with me and very friendly. It works great, I love it. No problems. Thank you so much Donovan! You have a great employee with him, I think he needs a raise! He's definitely worth it. Thank you so much Hunter Communications!
