First experience installation they cut my sprinkler lines trenching cable in, second experience installers said they didn’t fit under my house to run the wire, 3rd experience Frank came through and installed line, modem and router!! Frank was amazing!! He made up for the others!!

Frank went out of his way to ensure my installation was done in a timely manner. I chose to change to Hunter from another local fiber provider due to their customer service. If you are unsure about which company to go through, I can confirm Hunter is better than the other options. Save yourself the headache!

The tech originally scheduled to do our install called in sick and our appointment was in jeopardy, but Travis swooped in and saved the day! He was 15 minutes in and out, cool guy who got’er dun with no hassle, which is a sad rarity these days. Thanks, Travis!
