Caleb handled everything with confidence, skill, and the kind of calm competence that makes everyone else look like they’re still reading the instructions. Funny? Somehow this man laughed at all my jokes — even the questionable ones — which alone deserves five stars. On top of that, he’s genuinely caring, easy to talk to, and somehow managed to look ridiculously handsome while doing it all. It’s honestly unfair. I was given an original time for installation between 1 and 4 PM, and the day before the window was shortened from 1 to 2 PM. Vincent arrived at 1:20 PM and got to work. He was helpful, friendly and efficient and got us going with Hunter Fiber Optic within an hour..

Kamrin performed the final hookup of our fiber internet. He installed the equipment and had our internet up and running quickly. Initially, there was a configuration issue that was limiting our download speed, but he worked with Hunter tech support to get it resolved remotely. Bobby and Coleman did a fantastic job for us. Our initial connection to the fiber network indicated that there was a problem upstream. Even though it was after 5 PM, they fired up the diagnostics, located the problem, went there, and did what was necessary to get us up and running. Bobby was also very helpful in configuring my home Wi-Fi. They are great folks, as everyone at Hunter has been in my experience. Thank you!

I have been very pleased with the service and expertise of the staff working for Hunter. In particular, I want to compliment Donavan who installed my fiber optic cable and the WiFi connections, etc. He did a great job in finding the best way to get the cable into my home to minimize any impact to my home. I greatly appreciated that. He was also very informative and gave me a clear set of options in every decision making process. He made the entire process very transparent. Excellent communication and technical skills.
