After years of flawless connectivity, recently we had issues. Hunter was able to schedule Donavan to come out less than 24 hours after my support call. Donavan was super capable and polite. Very pleasant to work with. He changed out all our hardware and connections including the wifi extender router we need to get service to the back of our rambling home. Everything tested much faster and more stable after his work so it is much appreciated. Much better customer service than what we ever had with the local cable provider. Making the switch to Hunter a few years ago has been a great decision. Thanks Hunter and Thanks Donavan!

Donavan was incredibly helpful, professional and knowledgable. Performed fast and effective service and was polite and patient with us.

Hunter did a professional job. We were pleased with each employee that came to our house for the different aspects of the install. In each instance the employees were interested in our input, helpful answering every question, (there were many), and helpful assisting me with our online account and autopay setup as well. They helped us select the services most relevant to us. In addition, they were very careful to make sure our yard looked exactly the same when they left, as it did before they started working to bring the wiring to our house. That was very important to us. It was a very positive experience.

On August 19th, 2026 Donny from Hunter Communications installed my Fiber optics internet service. There were some difficult obstacles that were unanticipated and this young man was calm, polite and tenacious. Donny ended up asking for assistance from another Hunter employee named Tommy. Today I had Gilbert, Jose, and Eric out to fix a problem that the original person who came out (It was a sub-contractor who was borderline hostile) caused and has been on going for a year and a half. I did not really want to have to deal with more tech's after the first guy which is why it took so long for me to reach back out The guys who came out today were 1000% better. They helped identify the problem and worked to fix it (in 100 degree heat no less). They were all professional and I would highly recommend.

Gilbert showed up early and got us hooked up in an hour. Cleaned up the very minor dust he created moved the couch back and ported our house phone number over. Was a very seemly transaction. Fast and easy.
