Installation was quick and easy and our installer Travis made sure our new router was setup exactly the same so all of our devices switched right over!!!

Just had Hunter fiber installed by Caleb. He was ultra-respectful of my space and optimized placement of everything. He took the time to explain everything and answered all questions. Our technician, Bobby, was as polite and endearing as could be. He made really useful suggestions about where to place the wiring and devices and was really careful and thoughtful. He made switching internet companies actually pleasant!

Fibre optics installed in our 30 year old residence today. Our service guy Daniel was very patient and helpful. I told him how and where I hoped to run the fibre optic line. It was a challenge and he spent time in the hot attic, but he got it where it needed to go. Very nice and pleasant young man. We're up and running.

Bobby was very profesional and extremely efficient! I would recommend Hunter’s communications as well as Bobby’s services.

Dan did a great job. We walked around together trying to find the best route to run the line. He was very patient and had some great ideas. I had scheduled an 8 AM appointment and he was five minutes early to me. That’s very important. Thank you, Dan. You did a great job.

I’ve had another internet provider for many years and the service and pricing from that company was abysmal. I really had no choice. There were not many other options to consider. I added Hunter to my home and it was installed yesterday. On a Saturday at almost 5pm (within the service window) Donny showed up, greeted me, asked to see the layout and created a plan that was going to work for my home. He began to work for about 20-30 min (going into the crawl space) when Bobby and Tommy showed up from another job they completed and drove over to help Donnie finish the job at my house. Great service, team work and professionalism. I especially like that this company also offers military discounts for their faster internet service! Thank you Hunter Communications and than you Donny, Tommy and Bobby. 5 stars gentlemen!

Hunter technicians Bobby and Tommy installed my new Internet service today. They were very efficient - they really knew what they were doing - but also friendly and good natured. Within about 40 minutes my new service was up and running. Five stars indeed.

I was very pleased with the Hunter Fibre installation. It was completed quickly and I was able to copy my old modem settings over to the new Hunter modem. All I had to do was check all items using wireless connection. All is working well@

Had a fantastic experience with Tommy and Donny coming over to my house to help me out. They were both very knowledgeable about the issue with my internet. They humored me by detailing what it was they were doing and what their plan to fix the problem was. They swiftly got to work and made it happen! They spent extra time to double check there were no problems with my fiber line, and that all my devices were connected. They made a frustrating internet problem into a nice visit! Thanks again!
