I had my Hunter installed yesterday and the technician Travis did a great job he answered all my questions and was so friendly with my kids answering all their questions related to the internet.

Travis was great! Explained what was happening every step of the way he made conversation room ,multiple times, for any questions I might have. He was also great with my dog (giant sweetheart who looks scary).

Tommy is the best. Our fiber line was damaged and took a special person and tool to fix it. Kamrin came out first and found the problem. He contacted Tommy who was out within a few hours. He was diligent in finding out why we did not have Internet and worked very hard to solve the problem. He went above and beyond. Hunter employees are the best.

I had Hunter installed today and the tech, Alan, was very professional and helpful. He made the installation look nice and he provided us clear and simple instructions for setting up our WiFi. The service itself is very fast so far too. We’re very happy to have Hunter fiber available at our home.

I was excited when Hunter came to my area as my internet costs had gone up while the service was getting worse. Door to door sales person was very nice and answered questions and made the decision switch over easy. The installer, Travis, was very helpful and attentive when setting up our service. When the speed test wasn’t what we were expecting, he stayed, 3 hours mind you, to troubleshoot with the equipment until it was correct. Very thankful he stayed and tested everything so we can get what we’re paying for. And very thankful to not be paying extortionate rates for subpar internet.
