Sept. 25, 2026 about noon Patrick installed the line into our house and set up the modem and wifi for our Hunter internet service. He was friendly and courteous. He preformed the task professionally and efficiently, making no mess for me to have to clean up. He instructed me in what I needed to know and answered the questions I had to my satisfaction.

9/25/26 update: Had some issues, was able to consistently get tech support on the line within a few minutes anytime I needed to call. When a call wasn't enough, we got a tech out within one day. Swapped out the modem that wasn't working and our problem was solved. They continue to provide phenomenal support, even 3 years later. Thank you to Jeff, the tech who so expertly assisted me today, and to all the support team at Hunter for their kind help and patient assistance. 7/16/2024 update: Hunter instantly solved the issues I was having. Incredible response time. Jeremy, the tech that came out, was considerate and knowledgeable. Fast and efficient fix for my problem. Continue to find Hunter to be the best service available. Original post: Phenomenal service. The whole experience from initial contact to installation has been exceptional. Renae at customer support actively went out of her way to investigate when I could get my setup going. Kind, tenacious, and very helpful. The tech who came out, Colt, was brilliant. Ran the line in a superb location, walked me through every step of the process, and was very efficient and gracious. You could not ask for better service. So glad I switched to Hunter.

We had a great experience with the HUNTER team today. The person I interacted the most was Jordan. He was extremely knowledgeable and very polite. Had the fiber trenched in by Cody and his crew, the were very professional and carful around the existing underground utilities. Today 9/25/2026 Kamrin ran the fiber through the conduit and made sure everything was up and running great! Thank you all for your amazing service and professionalism!
