I am writing to share my feedback regarding a recent internet service installation handled by your Field Technician, Matt.

Matt provided top-shelf, seamless service. He arrived on time, was respectful of our home, and maintained open communication throughout the process. I particularly appreciated how he presented various options for running the fiber optic cable and took the time to answer all my "what if" and "how to" questions. He also went the extra mile by taking extra steps to clean the work area once the job was finished.

In addition to his professionalism, I truly enjoyed our down-to-earth banter, especially our conversation about coffee.

Kamrin, Coleman and Bobby came out to install my fiber recently. To be honest, this was a job I did not think would be possible. Just to get the fiber to my house was a huge task. Then they had to figure out how to get it all the way over to the other side of my house without making it an eye sore. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and made it happen! I am very pleased and highly recommend.

Alan and Jordan came out on a Friday afternoon to get us back online after an outage. They were efficient and professional and got us back online.

Back to 5 star service!

Our family greatly appreciates the work that Tommy and Alan both did checking our system out and making sure that everything was running smoothly which it absolutely is! We have been Hunter customers for 4 years now and we have never had a problem. It's so nice to have internet that is always just on and there when we need it.

My technician was Matt. He was very courteous efficient and set up my Internet with no problem at all. He was in and out, cleaned up messes and went on his way. I highly recommend Hunter.

Tommy came out for installation today and did a great job. He was friendly and quick with his work. He also cleaned up any debris left behind from the transfer. Really appreciated that.

I was helped by Vincent who went above and beyond to fix not only the physical restrictions but also the software settings to optimize performance. Quick effective and Friendly!

My technician, Cole, was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. So patient and kind! I went out to tend to the chickens because I thought I had plenty of time but ended making him wait! (Sorry Cole, you were quicker than I expected) I work from home, so having a high-speed, stable connection is a necessity. I am so excited! It’s great to support a local company that provides such a superior product. Highly recommend!"

Fiber internet was just installed. So far so good! Faster and cheaper. Also, our installer, Caleb, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable/helpful and extremely professional.

Hunter has been great to work with this whole time. Kept me in the loop the every step of the way, no pressure, answered all my questions, and more. When it was time to hook up to my house, they sent out Coleman K. and he was fantastic. Super respectful and easy to talk to. Not only that, he listened to where I needed my line to come in (before Hunter I moved my main line to a different part of the house) and he made it happen. He went the extra mile and crawled under the house, definitely not my favorite thing to do, and got it all hooked up. On top of that, he didn’t make me feel like I was putting him out. Thank you Hunter for the great service and even a bigger thank you to Coleman for going above and beyond! I would recommend Hunter 10/10 any day.

Today Kamrin installed fiber internet to our house. He was very neat and professional while performing his duties, he vacuumed up the mess and gave us a personalized password from what he observed in the living room…a very unexpected surprise. Thanks to the team!
