Seamless wonderful experience so far - from calling to acquire service to installation . Staff over the phone is knowledgeable and not pushy . Communication is also excellent . They notify you about work that needs to be done and the time frame it will be done . They are on time arriving on the day of installation . Prep work was also a breeze .Kudos to our install Technician KAMRIN - punctual - polite and very professional . The install process was amazing , the job work was excellent . He answered all my questions. I cancelled century link the same day and of course they offered a deal to stay but my mind is made up - Hunter - so far so good ( we were with century link for 20 years ) hopefully with Hunter for more than that .As far as the speed of the internet - very Fast - we were from 30 mbps to 500 - very nice - I could watch my k dramas without interruption. For those thinking - stop just decide now and make it happen - SWITCH!!!(Fyi Hunter did not pay me to say all these nice words - I wish they would hahah) Experience says it all . Thank you Hunter Com and KAMRIN!!!

Travis installed our new Hunter Internet on 6/1/2026. He was prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. He explained everything he did and didn’t leave until all our questions were answered and the system was up and working. He was clean and detail oriented. He picked up after himself and was very conscious of the fact that we had a pet. Highly recommend.

Donny and Tommy came out today to install our internet they were super quick and efficient very helpful with setting up a direct landline and get us all connected and satisfied with our internet switch decision.

We are thrilled that Hunter Communications is now available in our neighborhood. The exterior installation of fiber was handled quickly and with care for our yard. The interior installation handled by Kamrin and Eric, was professional and personable.

Donavan was knowledgeable and efficient. He answered my questions and got the job done seemingly quite competently. I’m happy with my Hunter Co. experience so far, and will recommend the company to others.

Bobby was super communicative, helpful, and respectful. He went above and beyond to check what best worked for us and our needs and did a fast clean job. He even went as far as to do the set up with our mesh system and ran the wires to the tv stand for me.

If you’re lucky enough to work with Caleb Holcombe, prepare to have your standards permanently raised. Professional? Absolutely. Caleb handled everything with confidence, skill, and the kind of calm competence that makes everyone else look like they’re still reading the instructions. Funny? Somehow this man laughed at all my jokes — even the questionable ones — which alone deserves five stars. On top of that, he’s genuinely caring, easy to talk to, and somehow managed to look ridiculously handsome while doing it all. It’s honestly unfair. Rare combination of professionalism, personality, and kindness. Would highly recommend Caleb to anyone who appreciates great work and great company. 10/10 human. Yes AI wrote this but it’s spot on!
