Had Nathan from Hunter Communications stop by and honestly it was a really good experience. He showed us how to check our current internet speed and explained everything in a super easy way to understand. We ended up learning we could get faster, more reliable internet for cheaper, which was awesome. He wasn’t pushy at all, just really helpful and informative. Definitely appreciate him taking the time!

Great experience! Hunter recently came to my neighborhood and I am happy to say the connection process was great! The entire process was effortless and quick. The line to the house was able to be installed while I was away from the home. The disruption to my yard was minimal and undetectable after just a few days. Gilbert came to the house to finish the installation today. He was professional, efficient and personable. Thanks for the great experience

Alan came out to install the new 2.5G service and discussed the path of the line from the outside box to where the converter would be (under house vs across Attic) and finished up the install in about an hour. Alan was able to answer my questions about the WiFi router and testing. Overall a great experience! Latency is down and 2.5Gbps is super fast!

I’ve had hunter for about 3 years now and last weekend we had our first outage. I got through to Lane after a short wait. He was very helpful, and had a service tech at my door in under an hour(remember this was on a weekend). I wish I got the techs name because I’d like to publicly recognize him. He had the issue diagnosed and repaired in minutes and even upgraded my router for no charge! Five big gold stars!!!
