Hunter Communications Appoints Vaseem MV as our new Chief Information Officer

MEDFORD, Ore., June 1, 2026 – Hunter Communications is pleased to announce the appointment of Vaseem MV as its new Chief Information Officer (CIO), joining the company’s Executive Leadership Team during a significant period of growth and expansion.

As Hunter Communications continues expanding its fiber network and investing in new communities across Oregon, the company remains focused on building a strong foundation for sustainable growth through reliable, scalable technology operations. In his new role, Vaseem will lead Hunter’s technology strategy, systems modernization, AI initiatives, and digital platforms to support the company’s long-term vision.

Vaseem brings extensive telecommunications and technology leadership experience to Hunter Communications. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Systems and IT at Ziply Fiber.
