Kamrin arrived within the time slot set up. He explained about how long it would take to do the install and what equipment he was installing. I choose to go with the Hunter provided router replacing my older router. When Kamrin was finished and we did a speed check I was very happy with the result. Upload and download were near identical. He let me know how to handle the fiber cable and if I was to have an issue to just call Hunter for a service call replacement. We changed my wifi network slightly so new set up for those devices is in process as I need them. So far extremely happy. Most of the homes on our street have switched to Hunter.

Matt provided top-shelf, seamless service. He arrived on time, was respectful of our home, and maintained open communication throughout the process. I particularly appreciated how he presented various options for running the fiber optic cable and took the time to answer all my "what if" and "how to" questions. He also went the extra mile by taking extra steps to clean the work area once the job was finished.
